2010 Croquet Coaching a Success

On the evening of Saturday 3rd July the club held its' biggest ever social occasion with nearly 50 members and friends attending the Summer Fun Evening and Buffet Supper at the club. A superb selection of food was supplied by Mo Bell. Social games of 'Pirates' were arranged with a final taking place after the food. The overall winner was new member John Burgoyne who was awarded a box of chocolates.

Bath Croquet Club's 2010 Introduction to Croquet Course ran successfully for 5 weeks on Saturday mornings. Out of the 19 keen new players taking part 12 have now joined the club permanently.

The 2009 course was also a big success with 18 out of the 30 course members deciding to join the club permanently. A number of these players have now started representing the club in South West Federation matches.

If you have played the game before please email your details to croquetdan*hotmail.com (replace * with @)
